LET’S INTRODUCE YOUR DOG PROPERLY TO A NEW ENVIRONMENT

NEW DAYCARE/BOARDING CUSTOMERS

Here at PAWSIES safety is a priority and our service is next. We encourage you to follow a series of steps as this will help your dog feel more secure during visits. Since this is your dog's first visit, it’s important to understand some dogs may feel shy or overwhelmed.  Allow your dog to adapt to a new environment, change of routine, people, and dogs by visiting for a few hours on their first visit. Never leave your dog for a long time without proper socialization even if they are fast at adapting to new environments. It’s okay if your dog doesn’t do well on their first day. Our handlers will direct you towards training or more short visits before committing to a long stay. PAWSIES space, knowledge & equipment allow us to welcome more dogs with different temperaments & all sizes. It’s required to do solo daycare/boarding here at PAWSIES if the dog is friendly with our handler but unable to mix with other dogs.

APPROVE TEMPERAMENT:

  • calm

  • neutral

  3. Must reserve a half-day daycare visit before planning a long stay. (Book using the portal account).
