At daycare, we provide structured opportunities for dogs to practice calmness throughout their day. From controlled greetings to mindful walks and interactive play, each experience is designed to teach composure and build better habits. Over time, this approach helps dogs navigate their environment with ease and confidence, making walks, social interactions, and everyday routines more enjoyable for both dogs and their owners.
MAIN OBJECTIVE:
To help dogs develop a calm, balanced mindset through structured activities and mental enrichment fostering healthier habits and a more fulfilling relationship between dogs and their humans.

Level 1 – Foundations & Engagement
Focus: Basic obedience and relationship-building in a low distraction environment.
Modules:
Recall and Focus – teach “come when called” and attention exercises
Intro to Loose Leash Walking – beginning leash manners
Basic Cues – sit, down, stay
Hand Targeting (“Touch”) – for engagement and focus
Routine Settle & Polite Greetings – calm behavior during transitions
Level 2 – Growing Reliability & Distance Training Intro
Focus: Build upon foundational skills and understanding the 6 cues.
Modules:
Sit, down, stay, come, leave it, drop it.
“Watch” on Cue – eye contact as a cue
Improved Loose-Leash Walking – increased focus and smoother motion
Crate training
Place command (Stay & Come at Distance – begin with moderate distractions)
Heel Introduction – begin heel with side-sit transitions
Continued Settle & Greeting Refinement
Level 3 – Impulse Control & Real-World Readiness
Focus: Introduce self-control cues, simulate real-life environments, and teach trick or enrichment behaviors.
Modules:
Begin “leave it” & “drop it” – impulse control foundations
Calm Greeting of Guests – managing excitement around new people
“Wait” at the Door & “Go to Bed” – structured behavior cues
Fun Trick Module – build engagement and bonding (examples: oval walk, spin, walk backwards)
Level 4 – Mastery
Focus: Generalize learned cues to high-distraction environments, increase distance, and train consistency across contexts.
Modules:
Advanced “leave it” / “drop it” – under distraction, extended duration
Stable “go to place” with distance & duration
Stay in High Distraction Environments – public or multi-dog settings
Generalizing Cues – applying skills everywhere
